The Church Pistols (Hamilton/Burr Dueling Pistols) - On Display
The pistols Burr and Hamilton used to fight their duel originally belonged to John Barker Church, Alexander Hamilton’s brother-in-law. They were used in duels that killed both Alexander Hamilton and his son, Philip. The reproductions depicted here are shown courtesy of John Phillips of Fly Creek, New York.
